Linking Consultants to Companies:

For all the automatic cross link references, you need to assign the Consultant to a Company when creating a new Consultant.

• To assign a Company to a Consultant, in the General tab click on Company Lookup List, search and select the desired Company and click OK or create a new Company by clicking on the New button. To unlink the Company click on Unlink button.

• To assign an already existing Consultant to a company, from the Companies folder, right click  on the desired Company and select Link Consultants To Selected Company in the shortcut menu, to show the Link Window.  Search and select the desired Consultants and click on the ADD button. Click on OK to close the window.  If you need to 'unlink', select the Consultant and click on the Remove button.
