1. Create field in Reminders Table as
 
 	uuRemTypeSubType_FieldName

Ex: uuNoteLCA_LCANumber
 

* It means this field will appear in the MoreButton when RemType = 'Note' and SubType = 'LCA'. 
* You can give similarly to other remtypes also.
* If this should appear to all the Status then just give as uuStatus_fieldName


Note: Fieldname should only use "Alpha Numeric"

2. LookUp - in the LookUp table 

Ex: LookupFieldName: Reminders.uuNoteLCA_LCANumber

3. uuEditedBy and uuCreatedBy will automatically reflect the data (Version 15)
