Post Requirements to Web Sites

With few clicks, in couple of minutes, you can post your Requirements to the Web Sites. Your Requirements are accessible to tens-of-thousands of clients. Many of them do not and would not like to receive reqlists.  

                1. Click Web/Posting on the Folder List to show posting home page.

                2. Click on Post Requirements Tab.

                3. Select the desired Web Sites and Select the Requirements to post.

                4. Click on Post Button, to start posting.

                5. After posting is finished, scroll down to see the posting success/fail report.

Note: If you have not registered with a Web Site, cBizOneIndia will automatically create an account for you, when you post for the first time. Your email address is your Username and Password.

Example:

Let us consider an example with screenshots to post the requirement to Web Site. 

  • Click on the New Email Button.

  • In the E-Mail window select the Mail Type ->Reqlist

  • In the E-Mail window select Styles -> Style Sheets -> Jobs page

  • Select the desired requirements to post to web site from the requirement list in the bottom-right corner of the E-Mail window.

  • Select File -> Post to Web Site…

  • Click on the Settings button.

 

  • Fill the appropriate details under Connection and Pages of your Web Site and click OK Button.

Note: This step to be done only for first time posting. Next time cBizOne would save the settings.

  • Click on the Post Page button.

 

  • Reqlist.htm is successfully posted to your web site.

  • You can browse reqlist.htm from your website.

  • Click on the desired Job ID for Job description.

  • Click on the Respond to this job by Web Form link.

 

  • It will automatically browse you to the Candidate Profile Form.

 

  • Fill the candidate form and click on the Submit Profile button.

  • Mail would be sent successfully to the Recruiter (Who posted Requirements to the Web Site) and a copy to Candidate.

 

  • Recruiter (Who posted the Requirements to the Web Site) will receive a mail into his/her Outlook, with an attached XML file and resume.

  • Recruiter can directly Add/Import the candidate information from cBizBar (Outlook Comm-Addin) into cBizOne candidate database.

  • Select the mail and click Add to -> Add to Candidates.

Note: Please make sure cBizOne application is open before you follow the above steps.

  • It automatically Creates a New Candidate in cBizOne Database.
