Views:

Views is a very powerful and unique feature of cBizOne, there are two distinct types of views – Dynamic and Static.

Views allows you 'see' data from a given entity (Ex. Contacts) with different perspective.
For example if you want to see:
-only the duplicate Contacts in your database (Duplicates View)
-only the Contacts who have been removed (Archived View)
-only the active Contacts (Active View)
These are 'simple' Views, i.e., information retrieved from any one entity (Ex. Contacts)

Dynamic Views Description

Dynamic views automatically group data into views based on rules defined by the user.

Static Views Description

Static Views are user defined ad hoc groupings of data, users create manually when needed.
